Shipping takes 2-5 days from time orders placed. Some orders could take longer depending on availability of item requested. Priority and Express available with special request form. 

Once we receive the returned products in original package within 14 days of orginal order date, we will credit your account or issue a refund within 2-3 days. We are unable to accept returns in any items not in original package or used items.
